Through interactive riddles and engaging illustrations, this STEAM picture book introduces interoception: a human body function that helps a person understand what’s going on inside their body. Kids play detective by identifying the human body’s signals to find out what it feels and needs such as hunger, thirst, cold, and the need to use the bathroom. Educational endnotes include additional content for an extra layer of learning and fun challenges.
