     Barefoot books have been in my family for more than 20 years.  I have them on my shelves and in some of my best memories.  They are a part of bedtimes, learning to read, singing, laughing, and spending time together. Nothing beats reading with children, unless it is possibly watching them grow into reading for themselves.  

     Not just any book will do for encouraging a love of reading.  You want something that gives them joy and wonder.  You want something that teaches something about the world and their place in it.  They want something magical and entertaining.  We all want the playful fun and heartfelt inspiration found in Barefoot Books. I am so pleased to help put them into the hands of new readers.
